Algemeen Bestuurslid Wij zoeken jou! Wil jij gezelligheid en bestuurservaring combineren, je inzetten voor de opleiding en je mede-haio's en je netwerk vergroten? Wat ga je doen? Als algemeen bestuurslid ben je een manusje van alles en heb je de kans om uit te kiezen welke taken je wel en niet op je wil nemen. Samen met de rest van het bestuur denk je enerzijds mee over de inhoud en kwaliteit van de opleiding en het onderwijs, anderzijds over leuke activiteiten en leerzame workshops voor je collega's. Je kunt plaatsnemen in commissies zoals de AIOS-dag-commissie, aansluiten bij overleggen met het bestuur van de huisartslopleiding en opleiders en de jaarvertegenwoordigers van jaar 1-3. Op landelijk niveau kun je aansluiten bij de Ledenraad en landelijke commissies om inspraak te hebben op onze opleiding of toekomst op hoger niveau. Ook is er de mogelijkheid door te stromen in een andere functie, zoals voorzitter, secretaris of penningmeester. Tijdsinvestering De bestuursvergaderingen vinden elke 6 weken plaats, gezellig met een hapje bij iemand thuis of op het terras. De overige vergaderingen, taken en activiteiten verdelen, afhankelijk van wie, wanneer kan. Voor bestuurswerk binnen Lovah is in de CAO vastgelegd dat maximaal 10 werkdagen per jaar tijdens werktijd kunnen worden opgenomen voor vergaderingen. - Maximaal 10 extra dagen per jaar tijdens werktijd voor bestuurswerk en vergaderingen vanuit de CAO - Bestuurlijke ervaring! - Een waardevol netwerk binnen de opleiding en landelijke Lovah - De mogelijkheid om invloed uit te oefenen op inhoud en kwaliteit van de opleiding - De mogelijkheid je in te zetten op verschillende projecten binnen en buiten de LOVAH Interesse?
