Algemeen Bestuurslid fiZi Heb jij een hart voor film en cultuur? fiZi is dé plek waar filmliefhebbers samenkomen op Schouwen-Duiveland. Wij draaien ons filmtheater met 78 vrijwilligers en hebben plaats voor 97 bezoekers. In 2025 mochten we maar liefst 25.000 bezoekers verwelkomen. fiZi wordt geëxploiteerd door Stichting Filmtheater Zierikzee, een Algemeen Nut Beogende Instelling. Een enthousiast bestuur zorgt ervoor dat alles blijft draaien en dat fiZi zich verder ontwikkelt. Het huidige bestuur bestaat uit een voorzitter, secretaris, penningmeester en twee algemene bestuursleden. Samen bepalen we de koers van het filmtheater en zetten we nieuwe ideeën om in actie. Wij zijn op zoek naar een Algemeen Bestuurslid dat ons bestuur komt versterken en mee wil bouwen aan de toekomst van ons filmtheater. Wat ga je doen? Als algemeen bestuurslid denk je mee over de toekomst van het filmtheater en lever je een actieve bijdrage aan het bestuur. Je: - Denkt mee over beleid, organisatie en ontwikkeling. - Neemt deel aan bestuursvergaderingen. - Bent verantwoordelijk voor (een in overleg nader te bepalen) aandachtsgebied van het bestuur. - Ondersteunt projecten, activiteiten en evenementen. - Signaleert kansen voor samenwerking, promotie en groei. - Bent een ambassadeur voor het filmtheater in de regio. - Hebt oog voor wat medewerkers verbindt en weet hen te inspireren en mee te nemen in ontwikkelingen. Wie ben jij? - Je hebt affiniteit met film, cultuur en vrijwilligerswerk. - Je denkt graag mee en steekt de handen uit de mouwen. - Je voelt je betrokken bij onze medewerkers en met Schouwen-Duiveland . - Je weet ideeën en standpunten goed onder woorden te brengen, zowel in gesprekken als op papier. - Je kunt gemiddeld enkele uren per week vrijmaken. Bestuurlijke ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste. Enthousiasme, betrokkenheid en frisse ideeën vinden wij minstens zo belangrijk. - De kans om een belangrijke culturele voorzieni...
