The posting

In een internationale en groeiende organisatie versterk je het Finance‑team en neem je een centrale rol op binnen de algemene en analytische boekhouding. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende financiële stakeholders en draagt bij aan een correcte naleving van boekhoudkundige en fiscale verplichtingen.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Inboeken van dagelijkse boekhoudkundige verrichtingen zoals aankopen, verkopen, banken en financiële transacties.
  • Beheren van bankbetalingen en opvolgen van leveranciers en klanten.
  • Opstellen van maandelijkse btw‑aangiften.
  • Uitvoeren van bank‑, klanten‑ en leveranciersreconciliaties.
  • Meewerken aan maand‑, kwartaal‑ en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Ondersteunen bij de opmaak van de jaarrekening en balans.
  • Beheren van vaste activa en afschrijvingen.
  • Samenwerken met externe auditors en fiscale instanties.
  • Waken over de naleving van Belgische en Nederlandse boekhoudkundige en fiscale regelgeving.
  • Bachelor of Master in Boekhouding, Finance of een gelijkwaardige opleiding.
  • Minimaal 2 jaar relevante ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Goede kennis van Belgische en Nederlandse boekhoudnormen (BE/NL GAAP) en/of IFRS.
  • Degelijke kennis van Belgische en Nederlandse fiscaliteit (btw, vennootschapsbelasting, IPM).
  • Zeer goede kennis van Microsoft Office, vooral Excel.
  • Ervaring met CEGID, Winrest of een ander ERP‑systeem is een pluspunt.
  • Nauwkeurig, georganiseerd, analytisch en oplossingsgericht.
  • Teamspeler met verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, maar ook zelfstandig en proactief.
  • Discreet en respectvol met vertrouwelijke informatie.
  • In staat om deadlines te respecteren en meerdere prioriteiten te beheren.
