Bij Familiezorg kennen we elkaar, zorgen we voor elkaar en staan we samen sterk. We zijn een warme en regionaal verankerde gezinszorgorganisatie, actief in Oost-Vlaanderen en een deel van Vlaams-Brabant. Met 1.600 betrokken medewerkers staan we elke dag dicht bij mensen die zorg en ondersteuning nodig hebben.

Onze kracht zit in onze verbondenheid, korte lijnen en sterke lokale verankering. Vanuit die basis bieden we kwaliteitsvolle, toegankelijke zorg op maat en bouwen we aan duurzame relaties met cliënten, medewerkers en partners.

Daarom zoeken we een Algemeen Directeur die richting geeft, verbindt en inspireert en samen met medewerkers, cliënten en partners verder bouwt aan Familiezorg als sterke, warme en toekomstgerichte organisatie.

Jouw uitdaging

Als Algemeen Directeur geef je richting aan Familiezorg en leid je de organisatie vanuit een duidelijke maatschappelijke missie. Je ontwikkelt samen met het bestuursorgaan en het directieteam de strategische koers en zorgt ervoor dat deze wordt vertaald naar concrete resultaten voor cliënten, medewerkers en stakeholders.

  • Strategische koers, governance en organisatiebesturingJe ontwikkelt in samenwerking met het directiecomité en het bestuursorgaan de strategische koers van Familiezorg en vertaalt deze naar duidelijke organisatiedoelstellingen, beleidsprioriteiten en haalbare keuzes Je bewaakt de financiële gezondheid en zet middelen doelgericht, duurzaam en verantwoord in Je bouwt samen met het directieteam aan een sterke organisatiecultuur, gekenmerkt door vertrouwen, samenwerking en eigenaarschap
  • Cultuur, leiderschap en maatschappelijke verbindingJe inspireert leidinggevenden tot krachtig en coachend leiderschap; Je bouwt duurzame relaties en partnerschappen uit met overheden, zorgpartners, onderwijsinstellingen en andere stakeholders Je behartigt de belangen van de organisatie binnen het zorg- en welzijnslandschap en bewaakt daarbij de maatschappelijke opdracht en waarden van de organisatie
  • Organisatieontwikkeling, kwaliteit en toekomstig beleidJe anticipeert op maatschappelijke, beleidsmatige en technologische ontwikkelingen en vertaalt deze naar toekomstgericht beleid; Je begeleidt organisatieontwikkeling en innovatie om de maatschappelijke opdracht van Familiezorg ook op lange termijn waar te maken; Je waakt over goed bestuur, integriteit, kwaliteit en naleving van wet- en regelgeving.

Naar wie zijn we op zoek?

  • Je beschikt over een Masterdiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt ruime ervaring in een beleids- of leidinggevende functie op strategisch niveau, bij voorkeur met een organisatie brede eindverantwoordelijkheid
  • Je hebt grondige kennis van de zorg- en welzijnssector, bij voorkeur in de gezinszorg
  • Je beschikt over bekwaamheid in organisatieontwikkeling, transitieprocessen en verandermanagement
  • Je hebt inzicht in sociaal beleid, regelgeving, overheidsfinanciering, governance en maatschappelijke uitdagingen in de zorg
  • Je hebt een sterke authentieke aanwezigheid als verbindend boegbeeld, zowel intern als extern
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B
