Binnen de groep is De Waalpaal gespecialiseerd in funderingsherstel en funderingstechnieken op locaties met beperkte werkruimte. Als marktleider in trillingsvrije en geluidsarme paalsystemen, waaronder de Waal-Compact-Paal en de schroefinjectiepaal, realiseert De Waalpaal technisch onderscheidende projecten in funderingsherstel, renovatie, binnenstedelijke bouw, industrie en infrastructuur. Met ruime ervaring in een technische en projectmatige omgeving weet je strategie te vertalen naar resultaat. Dankzij jouw daadkracht, verbindende leiderschapsstijl en gevoel voor een nuchtere familiebedrijfscultuur help je De Waalpaal verder professionaliseren richting de toekomst. Dit ga je doen Je geeft richting aan de verdere groei en professionalisering van De Waalpaal. Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de strategische, operationele, commerciële en financiële resultaten en stuurt samen met het managementteam de organisatie naar een volgende fase. Daarbij breng je meer structuur, eigenaarschap en voorspelbaarheid in de processen en zorg je ervoor dat afspraken worden nagekomen en resultaten worden behaald. Je versterkt de marktpositie van De Waalpaal, benut commerciële kansen en bouwt verder aan een sterke orderportefeuille. Daarnaast ontwikkel en realiseer je de koers en meerjarenstrategie, stuur je op kwaliteit, veiligheid, efficiëntie en financiële prestaties en onderhoud je duurzame relaties met opdrachtgevers, adviseurs, aannemers en partner...
