Richting geven aan een nieuwe organisatie voor de Bevelandse gemeenten. Je verbindt mensen en opgaven, versterkt de dienstverlening en bouwt mee aan een organisatie die klaar is voor de komende jaren. Dit ga je doen De voorgenomen fusie tussen GR de Bevelanden en GR de Betho biedt de kans om breder naar de toekomst te kijken. Welke dienstverlening, expertise en slagkracht hebben de deelnemende gemeenten de komende vijf tot tien jaar nodig. Het gaat daarbij niet alleen om het samenbrengen van taken en medewerkers, maar vooral om het bouwen aan een toekomstbestendige organisatie. Dat vraagt om een heldere strategische koers, een passende inrichting en het vermogen om mee te bewegen met maatschappelijke, bestuurlijke en technologische ontwikkelingen. Als algemeen directeur geef je richting aan de verdere vormgeving en realisatie van de voorgenomen fusie. Een belangrijke opgave daarbij is het ontwikkelen van één krachtige, toekomstbestendige organisatie, waarin mensen en expertise vanuit verschillende domeinen elkaar versterken. De nadruk ligt op de integratie van het Werk-ontwikkelbedrijf van GR de Betho met de afdeling Werk, Inkomen en Zorg (WIZ) van GR de Bevelanden. Ook de bedrijfsvoering maakt onderdeel uit van deze fusie. GR de Bevelanden verzorgt voor de vijf Bevelandse gemeenten al de HRM- en ICT-dienstverlening; deze functies gaan mee naar de nieuwe organisatie. Daarmee ontstaat een veelzijdige organisatie waarin maatschappelijke dienstverlening en professionele bedrijfsvoering samenkomen. Als algemeen directeur breng je de verschillende onderdelen inhoudelijk, organisatorisch en cultureel verder bij elkaar en zorg je voor een heldere koers, samenhang en verbinding.
