Voor deze functie zoeken we een ervaren leider met kennis van de letselschadebranche, commercieel inzicht en een ondernemende instelling. Samen verder groeien Heling & Partners heeft een sterke positie binnen de letselschadebranche. De komende jaren willen we deze positie verder versterken en onze dienstverlening verbreden. Daarom zoeken we een Algemeen Directeur die kansen ziet, initiatief neemt en nieuwe mogelijkheden weet om te zetten in concrete resultaten. In deze functie werk je nauw samen met eigenaar Richard Heling en het managementteam. Je geeft richting aan de organisatie, ontwikkelt relaties met opdrachtgevers en onderzoekt mogelijkheden voor nieuwe markten, diensten en strategische samenwerkingen. Daarbij is er volop ruimte voor eigen initiatief en ondernemerschap. Ben jij een ervaren leider die kansen ziet en graag bijdraagt aan de verdere ontwikkeling van Heling & Partners?
