The posting

Woonzorgcentrum Sint Jozef in Moorsele zoekt een nieuwe algemeen directeur. Wij kijken uit naar een gedreven en ervaren ploegleider om een team van sterke en solide ploegmaten en een warme en b(l)oeiende organisatie met mooie vooruitzichten (o.a. een gedeeltelijke nieuwbouw) op sleeptouw te nemen.

Uw takenpakket:

Als algemeen directeur bent u, in overleg met het directiecomité en samen met uw coördinatorenteam en CRA, de eindverantwoordelijke voor de dagelijkse leiding van het woonzorgcentrum met haar uitgebreid dienstverleningspakket.

Als leidinggevende heeft u de verantwoordelijkheid het coördinatorenteam en de administratieve, facilitaire cel aan te sturen, te motiveren en verder te laten ontwikkelen. Als werkgever voert u een effectief retentie- en wervingsbeleid.

U staat in voor een positieve profilering van de woonzorgcentra in de regio en lokale gemeenschap. Het is dan ook belangrijk om actief een netwerk uit te bouwen met plaatselijke en regionale (zorg)actoren en op de hoogte te blijven van evoluties in de sector.

Eén van de basisopdrachten van de algemeen directeur is het verzoenen van betaalbare zorg met het voeren van een gezond financieel beleid op korte en lange termijn.

De algemeen directeur is in staat een eigentijdse zorgvisie te ontwikkelen en een gastvrij zorg- en dienstverleningsaanbod te implementeren. Een zorgethische benadering is het kompas binnen onze groepering en bepalend voor de zorgorganisatie in het WZC.

Teneinde de kwaliteit van het medisch beleid en het woon-leefklimaat continu te verbeteren implementeert de algemeen directeur een kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem.

In deze gevarieerde en uitdagende opdracht met een belangrijke bevoegdheid, kan u rekenen op de intensieve ondersteuning van het directie- en managementteam van Woonzorggroep GVO. In de directieadviesraad ontmoet je 9 andere collega-directeurs die graag kennis met je delen waardoor zorg geen zorg hoeft te zijn. Dit forum biedt ook kansen om strategische of innovatieve projecten uit te werken.

  • Naast uw masterdiploma (in de verpleegkunde of een andere menswetenschappelijke richting), zien wij graag relevante werkervaring in een leidinggevende functie met eindverantwoordelijkheid binnen de gezondheids- of welzijnssector op uw CV staan.
  • U bent een authentieke en verbindende leider en coach.
  • U combineert financieel en strategisch inzicht met organisatorisch talent.
  • U hanteert een heldere en inspirerende verbale en schriftelijke communicatiestijl.
