Als algemeen lid ondersteun je de voorzitter en help je mee om overzicht, structuur en continuïteit te bewaren. Herken jij jezelf hierin? - Je werkt graag zorgvuldig en gestructureerd. - Je bent praktisch ingesteld en denkt in oplossingen. - Je vindt het leuk om dingen te organiseren en overzicht te creëren. - Je kunt flexibel worden ingezet en soms doordeweeks tijd vrijmaken. - Je werkt graag samen met verschillende mensen binnen de gemeente. - Je kunt vertrouwelijk omgaan met informatie. Dit kun jij inzetten - Bestuurlijk meedenken - Overzicht houden - Zorgvuldig afwegen - Verantwoordelijkheid dragen - Samenwerken - Duidelijk communiceren - Integer handelen Wat ga je doen? - Je plant de vergaderingen van de Commissie van Beheer. - Je stelt samen met de voorzitter de agenda op en maakt het verslag. - Je ondersteunt de voorzitter bij onderwerpen zoals personeelszaken, oud papier en algemeen beleid. - Je neemt wanneer nodig taken of deelname aan een overleg van de voorzitter over. - Je onderhoudt contact met het financiële team, de penningmeester en de financiële administrateurs over lopende zaken en rapportages. - Je helpt de digitale informatie van de Commissie van Beheer overzichtelijk te organiseren op de Google Drive van de gemeente. Praktisch - Je maakt deel uit van de Commissie van Beheer, die momenteel uit vier leden bestaat. - Je wordt begeleid en ingewerkt. - De inzet bestaat uit vergaderingen, voorbereiding en enkele werkzaamheden tussendoor. - Het is belangrijk dat je af en toe ook doordeweeks beschikbaar bent. - De precieze taakverdeling en tijdsinvestering worden in onderling overleg afgestemd. Samen dienen Je staat er niet alleen voor. Samen vormen we het lichaam van Christus.
