Waar elders perspectief ontbreekt, zoeken de mensen binnen Phusis naar wat nog wel mogelijk is. Vanuit gelijkwaardigheid en dialoog creëren we kleinschalige woon- en werkomgevingen waar bewoners hun dromen kunnen nastreven en talenten kunnen ontwikkelen. Phusis is sinds 2003 gegroeid tot een organisatie met ruim 220 bewoners, ongeveer evenzoveel medewerkers en een jaarlijkse omzet van circa € 18 miljoen. Phusis werkt aan een herstructurering van de organisatie en staat voor stevige financiële en bedrijfsmatige uitdagingen. De samenwerking tussen Raad van Toezicht en bestuur kenmerkt zich door vertrouwen, nieuwsgierigheid en een open gesprek. Per november 2026 zoeken wij een nieuw lid voor de Raad van Toezicht. Een van onze leden vertrekt na een zittingsperiode van acht jaar. De Raad bestaat uit vijf leden. Bij de benoeming worden de Bewonersraad (de medezeggenschapsvertegenwoordiging van bewoners) en de ondernemingsraad betrokken overeenkomstig hun geldende rechten. De Raad van Toezicht De Raad van Toezicht (RvT) houdt toezicht op het beleid van het bestuur en de algemene gang van zaken binnen Phusis. De Raad vervult daarnaast de werkgeversrol en is klankbord voor de bestuurder. Hij richt zich op het belang van Phusis als maatschappelijke organisatie en betrekt ontwikkelingen in de zorg en samenleving bij zijn toezicht. De RvT streeft naar een diverse samenstelling in achtergrond, leeftijd, ervaring en deskundigheid. Bij gelijke geschiktheid gaat de voorkeur uit naar een vrouw. De Raad werkt als collegiaal orgaan.
