Algemeen Medewerker Productie & Inpak (24-38 uur per week) Samen bouwen aan kwaliteit, veiligheid en productiviteit Wil jij werken in een moderne industriële bakkerij waar wekelijks miljoenen broodproducten worden geproduceerd en verpakt? Steek je graag de handen uit de mouwen en werk je graag samen in een team? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou.

De rol: Een belangrijke schakel in ons productieproces Als Algemeen Medewerker Productie & Inpak bij Bakkerij Braas ondersteun je de dagelijkse productie- en inpakwerkzaamheden binnen onze bakkerij. Je zorgt ervoor dat producten op de juiste manier worden verwerkt, verpakt en gereedgemaakt voor verzending.

Samen met jouw collega's draag je bij aan een veilige, schone en efficiënte werkomgeving waarin kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid altijd voorop staan.

Wat ga je doen?

- Uitvoeren van productie- en inpakwerkzaamheden volgens de geldende werkinstructies.

- Inpakken van brood- en bakkerijproducten in kratten, dozen of andere verpakkingen.

- Controleren van producten op kwaliteit, uiterlijk en volledigheid.

- Stapelen van kratten en pallets volgens de geldende richtlijnen.

- Ondersteunen bij de aan- en afvoer van producten en verpakkingsmaterialen.

- Schoon en ordelijk houden van de werkplek.

- Werken volgens HACCP-, IFS-, kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en bedrijfsvoorschriften.

- Signaleren van afwijkingen en bijzonderheden aan de leidinggevende.

- Samenwerken met collega's van Productie, Inpak en Logistiek om de dagelijkse planning te realiseren.
