Dan hebben wij de perfecte vacature binnen ons snelgroeiende internationale bedrijf! Functieomschrijving Als Algemeen Medewerker Spuitgieterij start je jouw werkdag met het verwerken van orders. Terwijl je collega's zorgdragen voor de productie, houd jij de werkomgeving ordelijk en schoon. Je ondersteunt je collega's waar nodig en zet graag nét dat stapje extra. Jouw team Binnen de spuitgietafdeling worden jaarlijks tonnen kunststof onderdelen geproduceerd en met jou erbij bestaat ons team uit vijf personen. Wij stimuleren een gezonde levensstijl en kiezen er daarom voor om alleen in dagdiensten te werken, met werktijden tussen 06.00 en 17.30 uur. De vroege ploeg werkt van 06.00 tot 14.30 uur en de late ploeg van 09.00 tot 17.30 uur. Wat bieden wij? - Een goed salaris passend bij de functie, je opleiding en jouw ervaring; - Maar liefst 30 verlofdagen en de mogelijkheid om bij te kopen; - Een uitstekende pensioenregeling; - Wij stimuleren een gezonde levensstijl; werken in dagdienst, vers fruit op kantoor, leaseplan voor een nieuwe (e-)bike en sporten van de zaak; - Daarnaast houden we ook van een feestje, waaronder leuke uitjes met de Personeelsvereniging. Wat verwachten we van jou? - Werkervaring is niet noodzakelijk, voor ons staat het hebben van de juiste mentaliteit voorop; - Je bent in het bezit van een heftruck certificaat, of bent bereid om dit te halen; - Je bent een echte teamspeler; - Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
