The posting

We zijn op zoek naar een Algemeen Technisch Medewerker om ons technisch team te versterken op onze vakantiedomeinen in Blankenberge en Nieuwpoort.

De medewerker wordt tewerkgesteld volgens een vaste verdeling van 3 dagen per week in Blankenberge en 2 dagen per week in Nieuwpoort.

De ideale kandidaat heeft aantoonbare ervaring en een brede technische kennis op het vlak van loodgieterswerk, elektriciteit, timmerwerk en schilderwerken. Daarnaast zijn kennis en ervaring met airconditioning en de installatie en het onderhoud van zwembaden en kinderbaden een belangrijke troef.

We zoeken iemand die zelfstandig en praktisch ingesteld is, problemen snel kan inschatten en technische herstellingen en onderhoudswerken op een efficiënte manier kan uitvoeren.

Daarnaast is bereidheid om in het weekend op oproepbasis te werken vereist.

Taken :

Algemeen onderhoud :

  • Preventief en correctief onderhoud uitvoeren aan faciliteiten en apparatuur op locatie.
  • Diagnose stellen en storingen aan loodgieterswerk verhelpen, inclusief lekken, ontstoppen en sanitaire reparaties.
  • Werken aan elektrische installaties: circuits repareren, lampen en stopcontacten vervangen, nieuwe apparatuur installeren.
  • Voer timmerwerk uit: repareer meubilair, installeer houten constructies, onderhoud speelterreinen.
  • Schilder- en afwerkingswerkzaamheden uitvoeren om het pand schoon en aantrekkelijk te houden.
  • Installeren, onderhouden en repareren van airconditioningsystemen om het comfort van de klant te garanderen.

Onderhoud van gemeenschappelijke ruimten :

  • De gemeenschappelijke infrastructuur in goede staat houden (zwembaden, sanitaire voorzieningen, gemeenschappelijke ruimtes, enz.)
  • Deelnemen aan de ontwikkeling en het onderhoud van groene ruimten in samenwerking met het tuinierteam.
  • Zwembaden en speeltoestellen voor kinderen installeren en onderhouden.

Technische ondersteuning :

  • Snel reageren op storingsoproepen van klanten en technische problemen oplossen.
  • Samenwerken met andere afdelingen om het nodige werk te plannen en uit te voeren.
  • Zorgen voor de veiligheid van installaties en voldoen aan de huidige normen.

Service op afroep :

  • Deelnemen aan een oproepdienst voor interventies 's avonds en in het weekend.
  • Zorgen voor beschikbaarheid voor technische noodgevallen tijdens oproepperioden.
  • 2 tot 5 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Aantoonbare vaardigheden in loodgieterswerk, elektriciteit, timmerwerk, schilderwerken, airconditioning en de installatie van zwembaden en kinderbaden.
  • Veelzijdigheid en het vermogen om verschillende technische taken zelfstandig uit te voeren.
  • Klantgerichtheid en een goede teamgeest.
  • Zelfstandigheid, nauwkeurigheid en verantwoordelijkheidszin.
  • Bereidheid om 's avonds en in het weekend te werken in het kader van een permanentie-/wachtdienst.
  • Goede fysieke conditie en bereidheid om buiten te werken.
