FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING Atelierverantwoordelijke Interieur – Aalter

Ben jij een echte organisator met oog voor kwaliteit? Als atelierverantwoordelijke stuur je een team van 15 medewerkers aan in het hout-, metaal- en natuursteenatelier.

Je zorgt voor een goede planning, controleert de tekeningen, verdeelt de taken en zorgt dat alle materialen klaarstaan. Je houdt de productie op schema en kijkt alles na voor levering.

Kwaliteit, veiligheid en orde staan voor jou voorop. Je denkt ook graag mee hoe het werk nog vlotter en beter kan verlopen.

PROFIEL

Profiel:

  • Passie voor interieur en technisch werk.
  • Technische opleiding of ervaring in interieur, bouw of werkvoorbereiding.
  • Sterk in planlezen, technisch en ruimtelijk inzicht.
  • Nauwkeurig, oplossingsgericht en hands-on.
  • Ervaren in team aansturen met sterke communicatieskills.
  • Klantgericht, oog voor detail en kwaliteit.
  • Vlot met computers (MS Office) en denkt mee over digitalisering.
  • Stipt, stressbestendig en flexibel.
  • Beschikbaar van maandag tot vrijdag, start om 6u.
  • Orde en netheid zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands, Frans is een plus.
