Je kijkt goed naar wat iemand nodig heeft, signaleert veranderingen en onderneemt actie wanneer dat nodig is. Daarbij heb je niet alleen aandacht voor de medische situatie, maar juist ook voor de mens achter de patiënt. Je luistert, geeft uitleg en betrekt naasten op een manier die past bij de situatie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en bewaken van het verpleegkundige zorgproces. Je begeleidt patiënten tijdens hun opname en zorgt ervoor dat de verschillende onderdelen van de zorg goed op elkaar aansluiten. Je werkt nauw samen met collega-verpleegkundigen, longartsen en andere disciplines in het ziekenhuis. Op een dag kan er veel tegelijk gebeuren. Jij weet dan prioriteiten te stellen, houdt overzicht en zoekt actief de samenwerking op. Juist door goed af te stemmen, zorgen jullie samen voor passende en veilige zorg. Op de afdeling blijven we kijken hoe de verpleegkundige zorg beter kan. Je deelt kennis met collega's, begeleidt verpleegkundestudenten en krijgt zelf de ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen. Heb je ideeën over hoe iets anders of beter kan? Dan is daar ruimte voor. Wil je je verdiepen in acute zorg? Dan behoort de opleiding tot verpleegkundige Basis Acute Zorg (BAZ) tot de mogelijkheden. - Je hebt een diploma mbo-v of hbo-v en bent BIG-geregistreerd. - Bij voorkeur heb je ervaring als algemeen verpleegkundige in een ziekenhuis.
