Ben jij minimaal een jaar gediplomeerd als algemeen verpleegkundige en wil jij jouw kennis verreiken door te ervaren hoe het er op de werkvloer bij andere ziekenhuizen aan toe gaat? Ben jij iemand die het leuk vindt om elke nieuwe opdracht met een frisse blik te starten? Dan is werken bij Healthz op basis van detachering of 0-uren de perfecte uitkomst! Wat ga je doen als algemeen verpleegkundige bij Healthz? Jouw werkdag start op een afdeling die goed bij jou en jouw ervaring past. Indien je nog niet zo ervaren bent binnen het specialisme zal je in overleg met het ziekenhuis ingewerkt worden. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden van het totale zorgproces van de patiënt. Het zijn afdelingen waar ze jouw hulp en deskundigheid wegens tekorten goed kunnen gebruiken! De opdracht kan zowel een lange als korte duur hebben. Dit wordt tijdens jouw kennismakingsgesprek met de leidinggevende van het ziekenhuis en een collega van Healthz uitgebreid met jou doorgenomen. Tijdens de opdrachten krijg je een goed beeld van hoe er in verschillende ziekenhuizen wordt gewerkt. Dit is een zeer leerzaam proces en zal jouw ervaring als verpleegkundige een enorme boost geven! Als jij in vast dienstverband voor ons werkt, ben je vaak op één afdeling geplaatst. Zo word je ook echt onderdeel van het team. Als je liever op oproepbasis door ons wordt ingezet, dan zal het invullen van losse diensten beter bij jou passen. In alle gevallen geldt dat wij alles met elkaar overleggen. Wie ben jij?
