Op zoek naar een afwisselende job met een variatie aan administratieve taken afgewisseld met het nodige klantencontact?

Onze klant te Olen is op zoek naar een sterke administratieve medewerker die samen met een collega verantwoordelijk zal zijn voor onderstaande taken:

  • je werkt ter ondersteuning van de account managers en vestigings manager
  • hiertoe heb je contacten met klanten over planningen, offertes, facturen,voorbereiding facturen
  • opvolgen mailbox rond orders, contact met klanten per telefoon, digitaal en soms ook persoonlijk
  • je treft de nodige voorbereidingen voor de account managers die naar de werven gaan
  • je helpt mee bij projectvoorbereidingen
  • Klantencontact
  • er zullen nog ad hoc taken volgen op maat van je interesses en expertise die je zal opbouwen bij onze klant

Je hebt een trekkersrol en weet als geen ander hoe belangrijk snelle service, opvolging van klantvragen is. Je werkt nauw samen met de account managers en voelt goed aan wat ze commercieel nodig hebben, je kan inspelen op de info die ze geven, vragen.

Wat zoekt onze klant in zijn nieuwe all-round medewerker:

  • feeling voor techniek, kan aangeleerd worden (verlichting), maar je moet het onder de knie willen krijgen
  • bij voorkeur een bachelor opleiding aangevuld met een eerste administratieve werkervaring
  • oog voor kwaliteit, verbetering van processen , commerciële feeling
  • je Nederlands talenkennis is perfect, je spreekt een aardig mondje ENgels, Frans basis is meer dan voldoende, durven spreken, telefoon durven aannnemen
  • IT-vaardig (snel mee zijn met programma's, je gaat leren werken met specifieke programma's van onze klant)
