The posting

Samen met je collega’s vorm je het aanspreekpunt van onze klanten. Je staat hen telefonisch en via mail te woord, bezorgt hen offertes, verwerkt de binnenkomende orders en zorgt ervoor dat alle administratieve gegevens up-to-date gehouden worden in ons ERP-pakket.

RESULTAATSGEBIEDEN

· Je beheert je eigen klantenportefeuille van A tot Z.

· Je maakt offertes op.

· Je verwerkt de binnenkomende orders in ons ERP-pakket, Axapta.

· Je verzendt orderbevestigingen en informeert de klanten over levertermijnen.

· Je houdt alle administratieve gegevens van je klanten up-to-date (prijzen, klantspecifieke kortingen, filialen,…) in het systeem en zorgt er voor dat afspraken nageleefd worden.

· Je beantwoordt alle vragen van je klanten m.b.t. transport, marketing, leveringen enz.

· Voor key account klanten organiseer je in samenwerking met je collega’s van expeditie de transporten.

· Acties bij klanten vertaal je in verkoop prognoses die je dan ook communiceert naar productie zodat zij de correcte de stocklevels kunnen garanderen.

· Je ondersteunt de sales managers bij hun contacten met bestaande klanten maar ook bij het uitwerken van prospecten.

· Je behartigt jou klanten met enthousiasme en oog voor detail.

· Door je goede organisatorische en coördinerende skills zorg je ervoor dat zowel intern als extern iedereen op de hoogte is van wat moet gebeuren.

· Je neemt graag initiatief en denkt graag mee met je organisatie.

· Je werkt graag zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht.

· IT-toepassingen zullen in de nabije toekomst een steeds belangrijkere rol spelen, daarom toon je interesse in het leren van deze toepassingen en streef je ernaar key-user te worden van onze systemen.
