Jouw Rol

In deze sleutelpositie ben je hét aanspreekpunt voor klanten, met een focus op vertrouwensrelaties en deskundig advies. Met een sterke betrokkenheid ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en opvolgen van dossiers van A tot Z, waaronder:

  • Behandelen van inkomende communicatie via e-mail, post en telefoon
  • Aanmelden en opvolgen van schadedossiers
  • Opmaken van offertes en nieuwe verzekeringspolissen
  • Beheren en up-to-date houden van bestaande klantendossiers
  • Uitvoeren van klantdossieranalyses om proactief verbeteringen te signaleren

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je hebt een scherp oog voor detail en werkt accuraat, met een klantgerichte aanpak. We zoeken iemand met:
  • Een bachelordiploma (bij voorkeur in een relevante richting)
  • Ervaring met softwarepakketten en een planmatige werkstijl
  • Autonome werkmentaliteit en de motivatie om continu bij te leren
  • Een gestructureerde werkhouding en de capaciteit om een dagplanning op te stellen
  • Telewerk is beperkt mogelijk, en na verloop van tijd verwachten we dat je af en toe meegaat naar klanten.
