Naast de webshop hebben ze een eigen werkplaats waar ze RVS op maat produceren, zoals trapleuningen, deurgrepen en balustrades. Het hoofdkantoor is gevestigd in Voerendaal. RVS Land is gespecialiseerd in het aanbieden van maatwerk en deskundig advies, met de focus op duurzaamheid en kwaliteit. Allround Administrateur bij RVS Land BV Administratie Administratie Voerendaal De kern van jouw rol Om de verdere groei te ondersteunen zoeken zij een nauwkeurige en proactieve Allround Administrateur die ervoor zorgt dat de financiële administratie klopt, signaleert afwijkingen en geeft inzicht in de resultaten van de organisatie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de financiële basis en voor het inzicht dat daaruit voortkomt. Je zorgt dat de administratie op orde is, bewaakt de kwaliteit van de cijfers en maakt zichtbaar waar resultaten afwijken of kansen ontstaan. Je kijkt dus verder dan het verwerken van cijfers. Je helpt de directie te begrijpen wat er financieel gebeurt en waar bijsturing nodig is. - Zorgen voor een correcte, actuele en controleerbare financiële administratie; - Bewaken van financiële processen, openstaande posten en betaalstromen; - Periodiek inzicht geven in omzet, kosten, marges, rendement en belangrijke afwijkingen door middel van rapportages; - Analyseren van financiële en webshopresultaten en daaruit relevante aandachtspunten halen, waaronder budgetten en forecast; - Managementinformatie opstellen waarmee de directie gericht kan sturen; - Financiële risico's, afwijkingen en verbetermogelijkheden tijdig signaleren en bespreekbaar maken;...
