Jobomschrijving

Als Allround Administratief Support speel je een sleutelrol binnen onze organisatie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid van alle administratieve processen die onze operationele activiteiten op de site ondersteunen.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige administratieve opvolging van de operationele activiteiten op de site. Dit omvat onder andere verwerking van nominaties, zowel voor- als na de operatie, operatiedossiers van A-Z, facturatie-input, klachtenadministratie, steeds via het terminal managementsysteem.
  • Samen met je team organiseer en optimaliseer je de planning van vrachtwagens (60%) en schepen (40%), met een toekomstige uitbreiding naar treinplanning.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en onderhoudt het dagelijks contact, zowel telefonisch als via mail.
  • Je staat in voor het onthaal en de begeleiding van vrachtwagenchauffeurs, contractors en leveranciers, en zorgt voor een vlotte doorstroming en correcte doorverwijzing op de site.
  • Je verwerkt (douane)documenten nauwkeurig in de daarvoor voorziene systemen en registers.
  • Je verzorgt de dagelijkse rapportering van terminalactiviteiten en volgt de voorraad op via het terminalmanagementsysteem.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je hebt een bachelorsdiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt minimum 3 jaar ervaring in een administratieve functie.
  • Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen teamwork en autonoom werken, afhankelijk van wat de situatie vraagt.
  • Je communiceert helder, professioneel en doelgericht, zowel intern als met extern.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwgezet, met oog voor detail en kwaliteit.
  • Je bent proactief, denkt oplossingsgericht en werkt doelgericht naar resultaten toe.
  • Je bent sterk in plannen en organiseren, en behoudt het overzicht, ook in drukke momenten.
  • Je hebt een kritische blik en denkt mee na over hoe processen beter kunnen.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en toont ownership in alles wat je doet.
  • Je spreekt naast Nederlands ook vlot Engels; Frans is een extra troef.
  • Ervaring in de logistieke sector met kennis van douane- en importpapieren is een groot pluspunt.
