Als allround administratief bediende ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen het team. Je zorgt ervoor dat orders correct verwerkt worden alsook volg je deze nader op.

Je hebt een gevarieerd takenpakket:

  • contact houden met klanten en leveranciers
  • beantwoorden en opvolgen van administratieve vragen
  • gegevens controleren en bijsturen waar nodig
  • werken met verschillende It-pakketten
  • zorgen voor een correcte en gestructureerde admnistratie
  • samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen en collega's
  • meedenken over hoe processen efficiënter en slimmer kunnen

--> kortom: jij zorgt ervoor dat de administratieve motor blijft draaien

We zoeken geen robot die alleen maar vinkjes zet, maar we zoeken iemand die meedenkt, graag initiatief neemt en begrijpt waarom iets op een bepaalde manier gebeurt.

  • Je hebt minimum een bachelordiploma op zak of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt een vlotte kennis van zowel de Nederlandse als Franse taal
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt graag de puntjes op de i
  • Je hebt een analytische geest en ziet snel verbanden
  • Je bent georganiseerd en kan gemakkelijk schakelen tussen verschillende opdrachten
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig, denkt graag mee en ziet werk
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer maar kan ook zelfstandig je verantwoordelijkheid nemen
