Jobomschrijving

Hou je ervan dat administratie klopt én dat je weet waarvoor je het doet? In deze functie combineer je aankoop, voorraadbeheer, productieadministratie en klantcontact.

Je werkt niet alleen achter je computer. Je staat regelmatig in contact met collega's in de productie en zorgt ervoor dat orders, materialen, documenten en leveringen goed op elkaar afgestemd zijn.

Je krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket en een belangrijke rol in de dagelijkse werking van ons bedrijf.

Enkele taken uit jouw gevarieerd takenpakket:

  • Je maakt bestelbonnen op, controleert bestelbonnen, controleert aankoopfacturen en houdt prijslijsten actueel
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de productie over de juiste materialen en halffabricaten beschikt
  • Je ondersteunt de administratieve opvolging van klantorder tot en met de levering
  • Je ondersteunt bij nacalculaties, rendementen, productiegegevens etc

Deze functie past bij iemand die graag zelfstandig opvolgt wat er moet gebeuren en daarbij regelmatig schakelt tussen verschillende dossiers.

Concreet:

  • Je zoekt een functie van 70% tot 100% en werkt bij voorkeur elke werkdag.
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Nederlands gebruik je voor de dagelijkse samenwerking met collega's; Frans en Engels zijn belangrijk voor het contact met klanten en leveranciers.
  • Je kunt informatie correct verwerken in Excel en werkt vlot met administratieve software.
  • Je kunt verschillende bestellingen, leveringen en klantendossiers naast elkaar opvolgen zonder het overzicht te verliezen.
  • Je controleert documenten en gegevens voordat je ze verwerkt of doorstuurt.
  • Je spreekt klanten en leveranciers op een professionele manier aan en volgt vragen op tot er een duidelijk antwoord of oplossing is.
  • Je werkt graag samen met collega's van aankoop en productie en stemt je administratie af op wat er op de werkvloer nodig is.
  • Ervaring in productieadministratie, aankoop, voorraadbeheer of customer service is een pluspunt.
