Takenpakket

Als Allround Administratief Bediende zal je een gevarieerd en allround takenpakket opnemen, waaronder:

  • Het verwerken en opvolgen van de dagelijkse administratie van de productieafdeling.
  • Het voorbereiden, opmaken en opvolgen van facturen.
  • Het opstellen van wekelijkse en maandelijkse vorderingsstaten.
  • Het registreren en verwerken van productie-, leverings- en facturatiecijfers.
  • Het behandelen en opvolgen van klachten.
  • Het beheren en opvolgen van debiteuren.
  • Het beheren van de algemene mailboxen.
  • Het verzorgen van het economaat.
  • Het verwerken van inkomende en uitgaande post.
  • Het opnemen van diverse administratieve en ondersteunende taken, afhankelijk van de noden van het team.

Profiel

Voor deze functie zoeken we een kandidaat die zich herkent in het volgende profiel:

  • Studieachtergrond: je beschikt over het juiste denkniveau; een specifiek diploma is geen must.
  • Ervaring: een administratieve achtergrond is belangrijk, hetzij door werkervaring, stage of studentenervaring. Ook schoolverlaters komen in aanmerking.
  • Talenkennis: je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en een sterke kennis van het Frans. 🌍
  • Softwarekennis: je werkt vlot met MS Office. Ervaring met een facturatie- of boekhoudprogramma is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
  • Persoonlijkheidskenmerken: Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid op. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar voelt je ook goed binnen een team. Je bent proactief en neemt initiatief. Je bent flexibel en allround inzetbaar. Je hebt geen hokjesmentaliteit en helpt graag waar nodig. Je bent sociaal, hands-on en weet van aanpakken.
