In een groeiende organisatie met een warm, familiaal karakter ondersteun je zowel de directie als de HR‑afdeling, sales en boekhouding. Je neemt een brede waaier aan administratieve taken op en zorgt voor een vlotte informatiedoorstroming binnen het bedrijf. Een gevarieerde functie waarin elke dag anders is.

  • Ondersteunen van de directie in dagelijkse administratieve taken.
  • Administratieve ondersteuning van HR, sales en boekhouding.
  • Prioriteiten zelfstandig bepalen en nauwkeurig werken.
  • Uitvoeren van administratieve taken zoals documentbeheer, informatie‑uitwisseling en opvolging van dossiers.
  • Meedenken met het bedrijf en taken proactief opnemen.
  • Werken met MS Office en digitale tools.
  • Bachelor Office Management, HR, Accountancy of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minstens vijf jaar relevante ervaring.
  • Nauwkeurig, discreet, stressbestendig en zelfstandig in het stellen van prioriteiten.
  • Sterke kennis van MS Office; affiniteit met digitale tools is een plus.
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands; Frans, Engels of Turks is een troef.
  • Hands‑on mentaliteit en bereidheid om breed inzetbaar te zijn.
