Hun klantenportefeuille is bijzonder divers en omvat onder meer ziekenhuizen, kantoorgebouwen, residentiële complexen en industriële sites.

Jobomschrijving

  • Opstellen en verwerken van offertes op maat van de klant
  • Administratieve opvolging van interventies en uitgevoerde werken
  • Dagelijks contact onderhouden met klanten, techniekers en zaakvoerders
  • Inplannen van afspraken en interventies van techniekers
  • Bestellen en opvolgen van benodigde materialen
  • Verwerken en opvolgen van de facturatie
  • Mee bewaken van een efficiënte planning en operationele opvolging
  • Werken met digitale systemen zoals Odoo en andere interne tools
  • Actief meedenken over verbeteringen van processen en werkmethodes
  • Je beschikt over een eerste administratieve werkervaring
  • Je behoudt overzicht in een dynamische omgeving
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en schakelt vlot tussen verschillende contacten
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en wacht niet af
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en houdt ervan zaken in beweging te krijgen
  • Technische affiniteit of ervaring in een technische omgeving is een plus
  • Ervaring met Odoo is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt daarnaast ook kennis van het Engels en het Frans
  • Je ziet jezelf meegroeien binnen een ondernemende organisatie
