The posting

Je staat in voor een gevarieerd takenpakket in een familiale KMO, waaronder:

  • algemene administratieve ondersteuning en dossieropvolging;
  • opmaken en verwerken van verkoopfacturen en andere commerciële documenten;
  • opvolgen van klanten- en leveranciersadministratie;
  • uitvoeren van voorbereidende en basisboekhoudkundige werkzaamheden;
  • plannen en administratief opvolgen van nationale en internationale transporten;
  • contact onderhouden met transporteurs, klanten en leveranciers;
  • opmaken en controleren van transport- en exportdocumenten;
  • opvolgen van bestellingen, leveringen en bijhorende documenten;
  • telefonisch en schriftelijk beantwoorden van vragen van klanten, leveranciers en andere externe partners;
  • ondersteunen van de dagelijkse organisatie en administratie van de onderneming.
  • regelmatig contact met klanten, leveranciers en transporteurs in verschillende landen en talen
  • bestaande administratieve werkmethodes en systemen analyseren en waar mogelijk moderniseren en efficienter maken

Voor deze veelzijdige functie zoeken wij iemand die zelfstandig kan werken, verantwoordelijkheid opneemt en vlot kan schakelen tussen administratie, transport, facturatie en boekhoudkundige taken.

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur minstens enkele jaren relevante ervaring in een administratieve, logistieke of boekhoudkundige functie.
  • Je beschikt over een goede praktische kennis van Nederlands en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Engels voor internationale communicatie.
  • Je hebt ervaring met facturatie en administratieve opvolging.
  • Je beschikt over voldoende basiskennis boekhouding om dagelijkse boekhoudkundige verrichtingen en voorbereidende werkzaamheden correct uit te voeren.
  • Ervaring met transportplanning, logistieke administratie en transportdocumenten is een belangrijke troef.
  • Je werkt vlot met Microsoft Office, in het bijzonder Outlook, Word en Excel, en kunt je snel nieuwe software eigen maken.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en zelfstandig en weet prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en onderhoudt op een professionele manier contacten met klanten, leveranciers en transporteurs.
  • Je bent praktisch en oplossingsgericht ingesteld en durft initiatief te nemen.
  • Je denkt actief mee over digitalisering, modernisering en optimalisering van administratieve processen en systemen.

We zoeken vooral een betrouwbare allrounder met gezond verstand, die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en zich op lange termijn binnen onze onderneming wil engageren.

Een specifiek diploma is voor ons minder belangrijk dan relevante ervaring, talenkennis, nauwkeurigheid en de juiste ingesteldheid.
