Als Allround Administratief Medewerker in Alkmaar ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor kandidaten en klanten. Je regelt alles op kantoor, ondersteunt administratief én zorgt voor een warm welkom. Lees snel verder en solliciteer direct! Over de functie Als Allround Administratief Medewerker ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt op ons kantoor in Alkmaar. Je ontvangt bezoekers, neemt de telefoon aan en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen bij de juiste collega terechtkomt. Daarnaast houd je grip op verschillende administratieve processen en ondersteun je het team waar nodig. Jij zorgt dat alles soepel verloopt - van het opstellen van contracten tot het regelen van werkvergunningen. Op een gemiddelde werkdag start je met een kop koffie en een check van je mailbox. Je verwelkomt kandidaten, plant afspraken in, verwerkt contractverlengingen en vraagt digitaal werkvergunningen aan via het UWV. Tussendoor bel je kandidaten na die onlangs zijn gestart en vraag je hoe het gaat. Je ondersteunt bij de urenadministratie, plant cursussen in en houdt de voorraad werkschoenen bij. Ook het registreren van ziekteverzuimgesprekken en het versturen van verjaardagskaartjes voor kandidaten horen erbij. Ben jij sociaal, nauwkeurig en houd je van mensen én administratie?
