Onze klant is een groothandel gevestigd te Sint-Katelijne-Waver, gespecialiseerd in de distributie van dagverse groenten en fruit in België en Nederland.

De groothandelsorganisatie is al tientallen jaren actief in de AGF-sector en zet dagelijks haar kennis en ervaring in om op zoek te gaan naar kansen, vernieuwingen en topproducten van de beste kwaliteit.

Onze klant is op zoek naar een ALLROUND ADMINISTRATIEF MEDEWERKER.

In deze veelzijdige functie ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bezoekers en zorg je ervoor dat het onthaal professioneel en aangenaam verloopt. Daarnaast ondersteun je verschillende interne diensten met uiteenlopende administratieve en organisatorische taken.

Verder bestaat jouw takenpakket uit:

  • Je ontvangt bezoekers op een vriendelijke manier en brengt hen in contact met de juiste collega.
  • Je behandelt inkomende telefoons, schakelt gesprekken door en noteert boodschappen wanneer nodig.
  • Je biedt administratieve ondersteuning aan onder andere Finance, Sales en andere interne afdelingen.
  • Je helpt bij de verwerking van documenten, zoals aankoopfacturen en bestellingen.
  • Je volgt de voorraad van kantoorbenodigdheden op en zorgt ervoor dat deze tijdig worden aangevuld.
  • Je coördineert praktische zaken rond het kantoor, waaronder de schoonmaak.
  • Je ontvangt en verwerkt de inkomende post en zorgt voor een correcte verdeling.
  • Je staat in voor het plannen van zakelijke verplaatsingen en reizen, zoals hotelovernachtingen en transport.
  • Je springt flexibel bij waar nodig en neemt verschillende administratieve taken op.

  • We zoeken vooral iemand die graag met mensen werkt, zelfstandig zaken oppakt en oog heeft voor een correcte administratieve opvolging.
  • Je bent enthousiast, toegankelijk en hebt een positieve uitstraling.
  • Je communiceert vlot en bent sterk in klanten- en bezoekerscontact.
  • Je bent flexibel en houdt ervan dat geen enkele werkdag helemaal hetzelfde is.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor details.
  • Je bent servicegericht en zorgt ervoor dat bezoekers en collega's zich welkom voelen.
  • Een specifiek diploma is niet noodzakelijk. Een administratieve opleiding of relevante werkervaring is wel een troef.
  • Je spreekt uitstekend Nederlands en kunt je goed uitdrukken in het Engels. Kennis van het Frans is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je kunt vlot werken met MS Office, waaronder Word, Excel en Outlook.
