Jobomschrijving

Hou jij ervan om administratie tot in de puntjes te organiseren? Werk je graag in een afwisselende functie met veel contacten en verantwoordelijkheden?

Jous takenpakket als administratief balie medewerker:

  • Je versterkt het team van administratieve medewerkers die instaan voor de opvolging en organisatie van de diverse diensten op voertuigen: expertises, poetsopdrachten, technische keuringen, controle inspecties, ontvangst chauffeurs, transporten, parking, sleutel & documenten-beheer, enz…
  • Je rapporteert aan de Teamleader van de administratieve cel. Dit team staat in voor het beheer en de administratieve flow van documenten, sleutels en voertuigen.
  • In deze functie ben je één van de gezichten van de afdeling gezien je instaat voor het overhandigen van sleutels en document aan de chauffeurs die voertuigen komen afhalen op onze parking.
  • Door je motivatie, hands-on mentaliteit en gestructureerde aanpak groei je uit tot een volwaardige back-up die de dagdagelijkse operationaliteit van de diverse klanten kan beheren.
  • Een hands-on type die administratief werk graag afwisselt met praktische taken
  • Een service en klantgerichte persoonlijkheid
  • Vlotte en efficiënte organisator die zelfstandig en probleemoplossend denkt en handelt
  • Een echte teamplayer die streeft naar efficiëntie en orde
  • Administratief sterk en bereid enkele softwareapplicaties voor dossieropvolging eigen te maken
  • Affiniteit met de automobielsector is geen vereiste maar wel een pluspunt
  • Gewenste gesproken talen: Nederlands en Frans (basis Engels is een pluspunt)
  • Uw beschikt minstens over een diploma secundair onderwijs
  • Je bent in bezit van een rijbewijs B
