Wat ga je doen?

Als ALLROUND ADMINISTRATIEF MEDEWERKER ben jij de onmisbare schakel in ons proces.

Afhankelijk van jouw exacte rol richt je je op de expeditie of de algemene administratieve opvolging.

We gooien je niet zomaar in het diepe: je start met een zeer gedegen interne opleiding zodat je ons bedrijf, de producten en jouw nieuwe rol door en door leert kennen.

Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

● Bieden van brede administratieve ondersteuning aan de afdeling.

● Onderhouden van warme en professionele contacten met onze klanten.

● Nauwkeurig controleren en verwerken van facturen.

● Opstellen van heldere periodieke rapportages.

● Opvolgen en bewaken van de productieplanning

Je bent een hands-on aanpakker die graag initiatief neemt. Je stelt de klant centraal en kunt goed omgaan met veranderende prioriteiten (flexibiliteit).

Verder herken je jezelf in het volgende profiel:

● Je beschikt over een bachelorsdiploma of hebt een gelijkwaardig denkniveau verkregen door ervaring.

● Je hebt bij voorkeur al enkele jaren werkervaring in een vergelijkbare rol.

● Je bent digitaal vaardig en werkt vlot met programma's zoals Excel en Word.

● Je gaat altijd nauwkeurig en gestructureerd te werk.

● Pluspunt: Je hebt kennis van de Franse en/of Duitse taal.

● Je woont op een bereisbare afstand (binnen een straal van maximaal 30 km van Evergem).
