Voor een groeiende en technisch georiënteerde onderneming zijn we op zoek naar een Allround Administratief Medewerker (m/v/x) die mee instaat voor de dagelijkse werking van het bedrijf.

Je krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket waarin boekhouding, administratie en HR samenkomen.

Je wordt een belangrijke schakel binnen de organisatie en werkt nauw samen met de zaakvoerders en verschillende collega's. Een ideale functie voor iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt, zelfstandig werkt en tegelijk energie haalt uit veel persoonlijk contact.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Boekhouding

  • Je staat in voor de dagelijkse operationele boekhouding.
  • Je volgt klanten- en leveranciersrekeningen op.
  • Je bereidt de boekhouding voor en verzamelt de nodige informatie voor het externe boekhoudkantoor.
  • Je ondersteunt bij rapporteringen en financiële opvolging.

Administratie

  • Je beheert de algemene mailbox en zorgt ervoor dat vragen bij de juiste persoon terechtkomen.
  • Je verzorgt het onthaal van klanten en leveranciers.
  • Je ondersteunt de zaakvoerders bij de dagelijkse planning en administratie.
  • Je volgt administratieve flows op binnen het ERP-systeem.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat documenten en administratieve informatie steeds correct en volledig beschikbaar zijn.
  • Afhankelijk van je interesse en ervaring kan je ook ondersteuning bieden bij ICT- en preventiegerelateerde administratie.

HR-administratie

  • Je ondersteunt bij de administratieve opvolging van medewerkers.
  • Je verzamelt en verwerkt de nodige gegevens voor het sociaal secretariaat, zoals prestaties en urenregistratie.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat personeelsadministratie correct wordt opgevolgd.
  • De aanwervingen en de meer strategische HR-taken blijven bij de zaakvoerders, waardoor jouw focus vooral ligt op de uitvoerende HR-administratie.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een TSO- of gelijkwaardige opleiding en beschikt over een eerste relevante werkervaring.
  • Je hebt interesse in een combinatie van administratie, boekhouding en HR.
  • Je hebt ervaring met inboeken en fiscaliteit.
  • Je bent voldoende zelfstandig om zaken op te nemen en op te volgen.
  • Je bent communicatief en stapt gemakkelijk op collega's, klanten en leveranciers af.
  • Je bent iemand die graag verbinding maakt met anderen. In een omgeving met heel wat technische profielen ben jij degene die gemakkelijk een gesprek aanknoopt en voor de nodige schwung zorgt.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van een extra taal is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must.
