The posting

Wij zijn een groeiend en vakkundig interieurbedrijf in Heusden-Zolder, gespecialiseerd in hoogwaardig maatwerk. Onze focus ligt hoofdzakelijk op het ontwerpen, produceren en plaatsen van keukens, binnendeuren, dressings en bergkasten. Daarnaast realiseren we geregeld grotere interieurprojecten voor winkelketens en vrije beroepen in opdracht van derden.

Ons hechte team bestaat uit de twee meewerkende vennoten (actief in de productie en de plaatsing), een vaste schrijnwerker, een gemotiveerde jongere in een duaal leertraject en een fulltime interieurarchitect/tekenaar. Omdat we blijven groeien, zoeken we een veelzijdige rechterhand die onze administratie stroomlijnt én ons bedrijf online op de kaart zet.

Jouw takenpakket: In deze functie ben jij elke ochtend de organisatorische spil van ons kantoor. Je zorgt voor een vlekkeloze structuur achter de schermen, maar trekt er ook op uit om ons vakmanschap met de wereld te definiëren.

  • Project- en kantooradministratie: Je beheert de mailbox, maakt offertes en facturen op, en zorgt voor de nauwkeurige opvolging van materiaalbestellingen bij onze leveranciers.
  • Social Media & Website: Jij bent onze online stem! Je houdt onze website en sociale mediakanalen (Instagram, Facebook) up-to-date. Je trekt naar opgeleverde projecten bij klanten om mooie realisatiefoto's te maken en creëert boeiende content.
  • Onthaal & Klantenbespreking: Je ontvangt klanten hartelijk in onze showroom en staat hen professioneel te woord. Bij drukte spring je bij tijdens lopende klantenbesprekingen.

Creatieve back-up: Je vormt een tandem met onze fulltime tekenaar. Kennis van of feeling met PaletteCAD is een troef om op termijn kleine ontwerpaanpassingen door te voeren of een basisontwerp klaar te zetten

  • Je bent administratief en organisatorisch ijzersterk. Nauwkeurigheid is jouw tweede natuur.
  • Je hebt een grote passie voor interieur, materialen en echt Belgisch maatwerk.
  • Je hebt een esthetisch oog voor fotografie en weet hoe je een afgewerkt project online laat schitteren via o.a. Canva en Instagram.
  • Ervaring met of een basiskennis van PaletteCAD (of de motivatie om dit snel te leren) is een grote plus.
  • Je start met een vast rooster van 16 uur per week, maar staat erom te springen om op termijn mee te groeien in uren wanneer de werkdruk toeneemt.
