Onze klant zoekt een nauwkeurige administratieve medewerker die zorgt voor een vlotte verwerking van bestellingen en een correcte administratieve opvolging. In deze parttime functie ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, administratie en interne diensten.

Onze klant is een gevestigde speler binnen de voedingssector met een sterke reputatie op vlak van kwaliteit, service en betrouwbaarheid. Vanuit de regio Gent ondersteunen zij dagelijks een brede klantenportefeuille en streven zij naar een efficiënte en klantgerichte dienstverlening.

Omschrijving

  • Verwerken en ingeven van klantbestellingen in het interne systeem.
  • Beheren en actualiseren van klant- en bestelgegevens.
  • Telefonisch en schriftelijk contact onderhouden met klanten.
  • Beantwoorden van vragen en oplossen van administratieve problemen.
  • Samenwerken met verschillende interne afdelingen om een optimale dienstverlening te garanderen.
  • Verwerken en inboeken van facturen.
  • Administratieve ondersteuning bieden waar nodig binnen de organisatie.
  • Beschikt over een eerste administratieve ervaring.
  • Werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en zelfstandig.
  • Heeft een goede kennis van MS Office en voelt zich vlot in administratieve systemen.
  • Communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans.
  • Is klantgericht en denkt oplossingsgericht mee.
  • Kan goed omgaan met verschillende prioriteiten en deadlines.
  • Is beschikbaar op donderdag, vrijdag en zaterdag.
