Fulltime, parttime of alleen voor deze winter: het is allemaal bespreekbaar. Onze hoofdteelt is pootaardappelen. Daarnaast telen we uien, tarwe en graszaad. Het werk is afwisselend en verandert door het jaar heen. Wat ga je doen? In de winter zijn we vooral bezig met het sorteren en verwerken van pootaardappelen. Je rijdt veel heftruck, zorgt dat de bunkers gevuld blijven, houdt de sorteerlijn mee in de gaten en helpt met verpakken en verladen. Daarnaast is er tijd voor onderhoud. In het voorjaar help je mee met planten en andere werkzaamheden op het land. Vanaf juni begint het selecteren van de aardappelen en in de zomer zijn er verschillende werkzaamheden zoals beregenen en gewasverzorging. September staat vooral in het teken van rooien, gevolgd door de grondwerkzaamheden in het najaar. Wie zoeken we? We zoeken iemand die graag aanpakt en werk ziet liggen. Ervaring in de landbouw is mooi meegenomen, maar niet noodzakelijk. Ook iemand met bijvoorbeeld een technische of logistieke achtergrond kan goed bij ons passen. Agrarisch of technisch inzicht is een plus. Hetzelfde geldt voor ervaring met een heftruck en rijbewijs T. Wat we vooral belangrijk vinden is een goede inzet, flexibiliteit en dat je prettig samenwerkt.
