Onze klant is een jonge brouwerij gespecialiseerd in het brouwen van dranken - voornamelijk bieren - onder contract.

Jobomschrijving

Onze klant is een warme, familiale KMO in Menen waar een open communicatie en collegiale samenwerking centraal staan. Ter versterking van het team zijn zij op zoek naar een Medewerker backoffice die houdt van afwisseling en verantwoordelijkheid.

Dit is geen louter administratieve functie. Je neemt actief eigenaarschap op in de dagelijkse werking van de brouwerij, denkt mee vooruit en draagt zichtbaar bij aan een efficiënte en vlotte organisatie.

Jouw takenpakket

Aankoop & leveranciersbeheer

  • Aanvragen en vergelijken van offertes
  • Plaatsen en opvolgen van aankoopbestellingen
  • Opvolgen van leveringen (grondstoffen, flessen, blikken, etiketten, verpakkingen)
  • Actief contact met leveranciers bij vertragingen of afwijkingen
  • Etiketten & verpakkingen
  • Opvragen en opvolgen van etiketten en verpakkingsmaterialen
  • Coördineren van goedkeuringsprocessen (stalen, digitale proofs)
  • Plaatsen van bestellingen na goedkeuring

Voorraadbeheer

  • Opvolgen van voorraden (grondstoffen, verpakkingen en afgewerkte producten)
  • Tijdig signaleren van tekorten en herbestellen
  • Inboeken van inkomende goederen
  • Proactief meedenken om voorraadproblemen te voorkomen

Order- en prijsadministratie

  • Correct inboeken van klantorders
  • Aanpassen en controleren van prijzen
  • Afstemming met sales en productie bij wijzigingen

Planning & operationele ondersteuning

  • Administratieve opvolging van de productieplanning
  • Vastleggen en bewaken van praktische afspraken
  • Tijdig signaleren van operationele knelpunten

Logistiek & transport

  • Coördinatie van levermomenten en transporten
  • Opmaak en opvolging van transport- en douanedocumenten

Professionele klantencommunicatie rond bestellingen en leveringen

  • Financiële & algemene administratie (ondersteunend)
  • Opvolgen van voorschotfacturen en betalingen
  • Ondersteuning bij openstaande facturen in samenwerking met finance
  • Algemene administratieve ondersteuning van het team

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit, ziet werk, analyseert processen en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen. Je werkt gestructureerd, behoudt overzicht en schakelt vlot tussen verschillende taken en betrokkenen.
  • Vlotte schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatie in Nederlands, Frans en Engels
  • Stressbestendig en flexibel
  • Proactief en oplossingsgericht
  • Teamspeler met inzicht in de bredere operationele werking

Troeven (geen vereiste)

  • Ervaring in backoffice, aankoop of logistiek
  • Kennis van ERP- of voorraadsystemen
