Voor een bedrijf in Dilsen-Stokkem zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste boekhouder:

Boekingen uitvoeren van de verschillende vennootschappen binnen onze groep.

  • Uitvoeren van bankboekingen en nauwkeurige reconciliaties.
  • Controleren en verwerken van alle inkomende en uitgaande boekhoudkundige transacties.
  • Boeken van de lonen in samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat.

Facturatie & Debiteurenbeheer

  • Facturatie naar klanten verzorgen en controleren.
  • Opmaken van creditnota's wanneer nodig.
  • Aanmaningen uitsturen en het debiteurenbeheer proactief opvolgen.

Afsluiting & Rapportering

  • De maandafsluiting en jaarafsluiting zelfstandig voorbereiden en verzorgen.
  • Balansen opstellen en tussentijdse rapportages uitdraaien.
  • Zorgen voor een correcte balans en resultatenrekening.
  • Instaan voor de opmaak van de jaarrekening.

Fiscaliteit & Compliance

  • Periodieke BTW-aangiftes opstellen en indienen.
  • Klantenlistings nauwkeurig opmaken en controleren.
  • Fiscale controles in goede banen leiden en begeleiden.
  • Het ondersteunen van zowel interne als externe audits.

Optimalisatie & Projecten

  • Signaleren van afwijkingen in de cijfers en constructief meedenken over procesoptimalisaties.
  • Actief meewerken aan projecten, zoals de implementatie van nieuwe software/systemen of het efficiënter maken van de financiële workflow.

Je combineert een grondige financiële kennis met een analytische en nauwkeurige werkhouding. Je herkent jezelf in de volgende punten:

  • je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke financiële rol
  • je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een financiële richting
  • je hebt sterke kennis van analytische boekhouding en financiële analyses
  • je werkt gestructureerd, denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt graag initiatief
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van MS Excel (draaitabellen, formules, etc.)
