The posting

Als Allround Boekhouder beheer je de boekhouding van meerdere vennootschappen binnen een groep. Je staat in voor de dagelijkse verwerking, facturatie, fiscale aangiften en afsluitingen. Daarnaast signaleer je afwijkingen en denk je mee over verbeteringen aan de financiële processen.

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de financieel manager en de CEO.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Verwerken en controleren van boekhoudkundige verrichtingen voor verschillende vennootschappen.
  • Boeken van bankverrichtingen en uitvoeren van rekeningafstemmingen.
  • Verwerken van loonboekingen in samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat.
  • Opmaken en controleren van verkoopfacturen en creditnota’s.
  • Opvolgen van openstaande klantenbetalingen en versturen van aanmaningen.
  • Voorbereiden en uitvoeren van de maand- en jaarafsluiting.
  • Opstellen van balansen, resultatenrekeningen en tussentijdse rapporteringen.
  • Opmaken van de jaarrekening.
  • Opstellen en indienen van periodieke btw-aangiften.
  • Opmaken en controleren van klantenlistings.
  • Begeleiden van fiscale controles.
  • Ondersteunen bij interne en externe audits.
  • Meewerken aan de invoering van nieuwe software en de verbetering van financiële processen.
  • Je hebt minstens een bachelordiploma in een economische of boekhoudkundige richting.
  • Je hebt tien jaar relevante ervaring in een vergelijkbare boekhoudfunctie of in een accountantskantoor.
  • Je kan de boekhouding van A tot Z zelfstandig opvolgen.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van Excel, waaronder formules en draaitabellen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en analyseert financiële gegevens kritisch.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede professionele kennis van het Engels.
