The posting

Voor onze klant, een stabiele technische organisatie in regio Buggenhout, zijn we op zoek naar een Allround Boekhouder. Je krijgt een brede functie waarin je niet alleen cijfers verwerkt, maar ook kritisch meedenkt en verantwoordelijkheid neemt over de financiële administratie.

Je werkt nauw samen met de Financieel Directeur en je collega's en krijgt de ruimte om zelfstandig dossiers op te volgen.

  • Verwerken en controleren van aankoopfacturen, creditnota's en financiële verrichtingen.
  • Verzorgen en controleren van de verkoopfacturatie op basis van vorderingsstaten.
  • Opvolgen van leveranciers, betalingen en openstaande posten.
  • Mee voorbereiden van btw-aangiftes en periodieke afsluitingen.
  • Ondersteunen van de Financieel Directeur bij financiële en boekhoudkundige vraagstukken.
  • Uitzoeken van verschillen en afwijkingen en zorgen voor een correcte oplossing.
  • Kritisch meedenken over efficiëntere financiële en administratieve processen.
  • Mee opvolgen van de algemene finance-mailbox.
  • Ondersteunen bij fleetadministratie en verzekeringsdossiers.
  • Zelfstandig opvolgen van dossiers en tegelijkertijd nauw samenwerken met het financiële team.
  • Een opleiding binnen boekhouding of een bedrijfseconomische richting, of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Goede boekhoudkundige kennis en interesse in een brede financiële functie.
  • Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en kwaliteitsgericht werken.
  • Het overzicht kunnen bewaren wanneer verschillende deadlines samenkomen.
  • Een analytische ingesteldheid: afwijkingen worden niet zomaar verwerkt, maar ook onderzocht.
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en tegelijk vlot afstemmen met collega's.
  • Initiatief nemen en actief verbeteringen durven voorstellen.
  • Relevante wijzigingen in wet- en regelgeving opvolgen.
  • Discreet en zorgvuldig omgaan met vertrouwelijke informatie.
  • Bij voorkeur woonachtig binnen ongeveer 30 minuten rijden van Buggenhout.
