Allround bouwmedewerker - Hoensbroek Bouw & Infra Hoensbroek € 3100 - € 3600 40 uur Dagdienst Op locatie Kun je meer dan één kunstje in de bouw en vind je het juist prettig om verschillende klussen op te pakken? Hier werk je langere tijd op renovatie- en verduurzamingsprojecten in Parkstad. Geen korte klusjes overal en nergens, maar continuïteit én breed werk. Lees verder en ontdek wat je kunt verwachten. Wat ga je doen? De ene dag herstel je een wand of plafond, de volgende dag pak je houtwerk, een kozijn of een klus in een badkamer aan. Als Allround bouwmedewerker hoef je niet uit één specifiek vakgebied te komen. Belangrijker is dat je bouwervaring hebt, praktisch denkt en verschillende werkzaamheden zelfstandig kunt oppakken. Je werkt voornamelijk op langdurige projecten in en rondom Hoensbroek en soms in Maastricht. Daarbij kom je regelmatig bij bewoners thuis. Netjes werken en normaal contact met de mensen die er wonen horen daarom net zo goed bij het werk als het technische gedeelte. Dit ga je doen: - Lichte timmer- en reparatiewerkzaamheden uitvoeren. - Plafonds en wanden bewerken, herstellen en afwerken. - Houtwerk, deuren en kozijnen herstellen of aanpassen. - Werkzaamheden uitvoeren in badkamers, keukens en toiletruimtes. - Klein onderhoud en herstel uitvoeren en samenwerken met andere vakmensen op de bouwplaats. Wat wij bieden? - Een bruto maandsalaris van € 3.100 tot € 3.600, afhankelijk van ervaring. - Een fulltime werkweek van 40 uur. - Jaarlijks 25 vakantiedagen en direct pensioen opbouwen. - Langdurige renovatie- en verduurzamingsprojecten. - Gereedschap dat door het bedrijf wordt verzorgd. - Doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen een groot en professioneel bouwbedrijf. - Een prettige werkomgeving met leuke collega's.
