Als Allround Carrossier sta je in voor de herstellingen aan het koetswerk van de voertuigen. Je herstelt of vervangt beschadigde stukken en je voert activiteiten uit op het gebied van demontage, montage, plaatwerk, richten, voorbereiden & afwerken. Je werkt in teamverband en pleegt rechtstreeks overleg met de Vestigingsdirecteur.

Verder kan je jezelf terugvinden in onderstaande functieomschrijving:

  • Op basis van een werkorder de nodige koetswerkherstellingen uitvoeren en dit voor wagens van diverse merken
  • Uitdeuken koetswerkonderdelen
  • Vervangen beschadigde onderdelen
  • Elementaire lasprocedés toepassen volgens de voorschriften
  • Herstellen en bijwerken van kunststofonderdelen
  • Mechanische voertuigonderdelen demonteren en monteren
  • Controles uitvoeren op aandrijving, ophanging en chassis
  • Behandelen van uitgedeukte ondergronden alvorens deze gespoten worden (reinigen, plamuren, schuren)
  • Schuren van nieuwe onderdelen
  • Zorgvuldig afplakken, stofvrij maken en ontvetten van de voertuigen
  • Aanbrengen van grondverven

  • Oog voor kwaliteit primeert
