Unique Waregem zoekt een ervaren Allround Commercieel Bediende voor een bedrijf in Tielt.

Ben jij een ervaren administratieve duizendpoot die graag het overzicht bewaart over het volledige commerciële proces? Heb je een sterke achtergrond in facturatie, supply chain en transport en communiceer je vlot met klanten, leveranciers en interne diensten? Dan zijn we op zoek naar jou.

Jouw takenpakket als allround Commercieel Bediende:

  • Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen onze klanten, sales, logistiek, transport en administratie. Je volgt dossiers van A tot Z op en zorgt ervoor dat orders correct verwerkt, geleverd én gefactureerd worden.
  • de administratieve en commerciële opvolging van klanten en orders;
  • het verwerken en opvolgen van bestellingen van order tot levering;
  • een correcte en tijdige facturatie en controle van facturatiegegevens;
  • het behandelen en opvolgen van prijsverschillen, correcties, creditnota's en andere afwijkingen;
  • het bewaken van afspraken rond prijzen, leveringsvoorwaarden en commerciële condities;
  • de dagelijkse ondersteuning van het salesteam;
  • het onderhouden van contacten met klanten in binnen- en buitenland;
  • het afstemmen met productie, planning, logistiek en andere interne diensten;
  • de organisatie en opvolging van transporten;
  • het opvolgen van levertermijnen en proactief communiceren bij wijzigingen of problemen;
  • de administratieve ondersteuning van exportdossiers en bijhorende documenten;
  • het opvolgen van klantvragen, klachten en praktische problemen rond bestellingen en leveringen;
  • het bewaken van een correcte administratieve flow binnen het volledige order-to-cashproces.

Dit verwachten wij van jou als Allround Commercieel Bediende:

Voor deze functie zoeken we bewust een ervaren profiel dat snel zelfstandig kan functioneren.

  • Je hebt meerdere jaren relevante ervaring binnen commerciële binnendienst, customer service, sales support, supply chain of een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Je beschikt over een zeer goede kennis van facturatieprocessen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met supply chain, logistiek en transport.
  • Ervaring met export en internationale klanten is een belangrijke troef.
  • Je begrijpt het volledige proces van bestelling tot levering en facturatie.
  • Je bent administratief bijzonder sterk en werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je hebt een goed cijfermatig inzicht en merkt afwijkingen snel op.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en communiceert klantgericht en professioneel.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je werkt vlot met courante IT-toepassingen en hebt ervaring met ERP-systemen.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, houdt overzicht en kunt prioriteiten stellen wanneer verschillende dossiers tegelijk aandacht vragen.
