Om ons team in Kuurne verder te versterken, rekruteren we voor onmiddellijke indiensttreding een: Allround Commercieel Logistiek Bediende

Jobomschrijving

Als Allround Commercieel Logistiek Bediende vorm je een belangrijke schakel tussen onze klanten, interne afdelingen en transportpartners. De functie combineert commerciële klantenopvolging met een sterke administratieve en logistieke verantwoordelijkheid.

  • Commerciële en administratieve opvolging van klanten en orders, van bestelling tot levering.
  • Verstrekken van correcte informatie over prijzen, levertermijnen en bestellingen.
  • Nauwgezette opvolging van orders en bewaking van een tijdige en correcte levering.
  • Coördinatie van de logistieke afhandeling van bestellingen in België.
  • Efficiënt beheren van de transportplanning in samenwerking met onze vaste transportpartner.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor onze chauffeurs en instaan voor een vlotte dagelijkse communicatie.
  • Behandelen van vragen, opmerkingen en klachten met betrekking tot orders, offertes, leveringen en producteigenschappen.
  • Actief zoeken naar oplossingen en bijsturen waar nodig, met steeds aandacht voor een optimale klanttevredenheid.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met verschillende interne afdelingen, waaronder aankoop, logistiek en R&D.
  • Correcte en nauwkeurige verwerking van alle administratieve en logistieke gegevens.
  • Idealiter een hogere opleiding (minimum bachelor) of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Ervaring binnen een commerciële, administratieve en/of logistieke functie is een pluspunt.
  • Sterke administratieve en organisatorische vaardigheden, gecombineerd met een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde aanpak.
  • Communicatief, klantgericht en vlot in de omgang met klanten, collega's en transportpartners.
  • Assertief, stressbestendig en flexibel, met het vermogen om meerdere zaken gelijktijdig te coördineren.
  • Een uitgesproken problemsolver die initiatief neemt en snel schakelt wanneer situaties wijzigen.
  • Goede kennis van het MS Office-pakket en bij voorkeur ervaring met een ERP-systeem.
  • Een sterke focus op klantentevredenheid en kwaliteitsvolle dienstverlening.
