Onze klant is een ondernemende bankagent en onafhankelijk verzekeringsmakelaar in de regio van Tielt. Ze zijn op zoek naar een nieuwe aanvulling om het team die bestaat uit 4 enthousiaste professionals te komen versterken. Zij zetten hen dagdagelijks in voor een uitstekende service en klantgerichte aanpak. Ze bieden totaaladvies aan op vlak van bankzaken en verzekeringen, voor zowel particuliere als professionele klanten.

Jouw functie als Allround Commercieel Medewerker Als Allround Commercieel Medewerker ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klanten. Bij jou kunnen ze terecht met al hun vragen, fysiek of telefonisch. Verder zal je instaan voor loketverrichtingen alsook een eerste advies verlenen binnen de verschillende pijlers: kredieten, beleggingen en verzekeringen. Indien het over complexere zaken gaat, kan je natuurlijk rekenen op de steun van jouw 2 gespecialiseerde collega’s. Daarnaast zorg je voor de nodige opvolging van de leads die binnenkomen. Tot slot zal er ook een stuk administratief werk aan te pas komen, ter ondersteuning van jouw collega’s. Na jouw inwerkperiode krijg je kansen om jouw takenpakket verder uit te breiden.

  • Bij voorkeur heb je een eerste ervaring in de financiële sector en/of ben je in het bezit van een PCP-attest.
  • Heb je recent een relevante studierichting afgerond? Waag dan zeker ook je kans om te solliciteren.
  • Ze gaan op zoek naar een empathisch persoon die zich voldoende kan inleven in de situatie van de klanten.
  • Je hebt een natuurlijke commerciële flair en bent bovendien communicatief sterk.
  • Woon je in de regio van Tielt? Dan is dit zeker een pluspunt!
