Laaktheater Laaktheater zoekt een CULTUURTECHNICUS Laaktheater programmeert, produceert en ontwikkelt vanuit samenwerking met bewoners en organisaties in Laak. Onze manier van werken draagt bij aan het plezier en de ontwikkeling van het individu en de sociale cohesie en leefbaarheid van Laak. Laaktheater heeft een unieke positie in een uitdagend stadsdeel waar sprake is van grote culturele diversiteit, veel lage inkomens, een laag opleidingsniveau en weinig sociale cohesie. Door de bewoners en groepen actief bij kunst en cultuur te betrekken, creëren we draagvlak en verzekeren we ons ervan dat de kunst die we tonen en maken van iedereen is. Mensen ontmoeten elkaar daarbij, hebben aandacht voor elkaar en leren elkaar zo kennen en ontdekken. Door dit structureel te doen bouwt Laaktheater duurzaam aan onderling vertrouwen, leefbaarheid en burgerschapscompetenties in Laak. Functie Als allround cultuurtechnicus bij Laaktheater draag je bij aan onze werking als theater in Laak. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze Laakse, Haagse en internationale (gast)programmeurs met betrekking tot technische zaken. Ben jij iemand met een groot hart voor cultuur, een teamplayer en kun je goed communiceren? Dan is deze boeiende job iets voor jou! Deze job plaatst je in een warm, hecht en dynamisch team. Functie eisen - Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor de (pre-)productie van de uiteenlopende projecten en communiceert vaardig met gastprogrammeurs met diverse culturele achtergronden - Je bent inzetbaar op zowel licht- als geluidstechniek - Je ondersteunt je collega's door opvolging van de productieplanning, verwerkt technische riders voor voorstellingen en maakt roosters - Je bent nauw betrokken bij de ontwikkeling en de realisatie van het programma en werkt goed samen met je collega's - Per project leg je contact met programmeurs, community-art sleutelfiguren en bewoners uit de wijk met een Laakse/Haagse/internationale achtergrond - Je beheerst...
