The posting

In deze rol zorg je voor het optimaal functioneren van de productie-installaties en de ondersteunende infrastructuur. Je werkt zowel op een verpakkings-/ inpaklijn als op een volautomatisch magazijn, gebouwd door Pattyn Packaging. Daarnaast werk je op de utilities ( stoom, perslucht, waterzuivering) en op enkele voedingsinstallaties. Je staat in voor het preventief en curatief onderhoud, met oog voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie.

Je werkdomein is breed én boeiend:

  • Je volgt de utilities op zoals stoom, perslucht, elektriciteit en waterzuivering.
  • Je ondersteunt de productieprocessen van A tot Z: van elektrische installaties (zowel sterk- als zwakstroom), over mechanische componenten en pomptechniek, tot het instellen van meet- en regelapparatuur en het analyseren van PLC-sturingen.
  • Je detecteert en lost technische storingen snel en doelgericht op, met aandacht voor de continuïteit van het productieproces.

Je werkt in een ploegenstelsel (maandag tot vrijdag), afwisselend in de vroege (5u–13u), late (12u45–20u45) of dagshift (8u–16u30). Daarnaast neem je om de vier weken deel aan de wachtdienst, inclusief weekendpermanentie. Dit is non- negotiable!

  • Je beschikt over een technisch diploma (A2 of hoger), bij voorkeur in elektromechanica of elektriciteit. Ook gemotiveerde schoolverlaters zijn welkom.
  • Je hebt een brede technische interesse en voelt je thuis in een industriële productieomgeving, idealiter binnen de (petro)chemie of procesindustrie.
  • Je hecht veel belang aan veiligheid, vooral in een sector waar nauwkeurigheid en procescontrole essentieel zijn.
  • Je bent zelfstandig, oplossingsgericht en een echte teamspeler die graag meedenkt met collega’s van productie en onderhoud.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands. Extra talenkennis is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je bent leergierig en wil je technische kennis continu uitbreiden, zeker binnen een innovatieve en gereguleerde sector als de chemie.
