Voor een toonaangevende speler binnen de Europese voedingsindustrie zoeken we een gedreven medewerker die administratieve nauwkeurigheid combineert met praktische ondersteuning op de werkvloer. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega’s en ondersteunt de Plant Manager bij uiteenlopende administratieve en kwaliteitsgerichte taken. Dankzij jouw inzet blijft de productie soepel draaien en wordt de hoge kwaliteit van de producten gewaarborgd.

Wat jij gaat doen:

Je functie is heel gevarieerd en geen dag is hetzelfde. Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Het dagelijks verzamelen en registreren van retentiestalen en temperatuurmetingen in de verschillende afdelingen.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles zoals vochtmetingen (Aw), kalibratie van weegschalen en ondersteuning bij audits.
  • Registreren van inkomende goederen en het uitvoeren van analyses op eindproducten.
  • Bestellen en opvolgen van grondstoffen en verpakkingsmaterialen via het ERP-systeem, in samenwerking met een collega.
  • Verwerken van productiegegevens en logistieke administratie in SAP.
  • Ontvangen en uitleveren van goederen in SAP.
  • Fysieke ondersteuning op de werkvloer, 2 keer per dag een uur.
  • Opmaken en aanpassen van werkvoorschriften en werkinstructies.
  • Uitwerken van ad hoc projecten en verbetertrajecten.
  • Ervaring in een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur binnen de voedingssector.
  • Goede kennis van ERP-systemen, SAP-ervaring is een grote plus.
  • Affiniteit met kwaliteitscontrole (QA) en een nauwkeurige, zelfstandige werkstijl.
