Voor onze klant, een expeditiekantoor gespecialiseerd in het verschepen van ‘staal’, zijn we op zoek naar een Allround Expediteur. Je ontvangt en verwerkt orders in de bedrijfseigen software en staat in voor de A tot Z opvolging van jouw dossiers. Je maakt offertes op, controleert inkomende gegevens en neemt contact op met de klant indien bijkomende informatie nodig is. Project cargo, FCL, LCL, alles komt aan bod! Verder bestaat jouw takenpakket uit:

  • Het plannen en organiseren van transporten, rekening houdend met de specificaties van de producten , de afleverdata en de transportroutes
  • Opvragen van offertes aan bij verschillende transporteurs en vergelijkt deze om de beste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding te garanderen
  • Contact onderhouden met leveranciers, transporteurs en klanten
  • Verzorgen van de benodigde douaneformaliteiten
  • Verwerken en controleren van transportdocumenten
  • Anticiperen op mogelijke problemen en deze adequaat oplossen

Wie zoeken we:

  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een Bachelor diploma Logistiek Management en reeds een eerste ervaring binnen een expeditie
  • Kennis van staal is een enorm pluspunt
  • Uitstekende kennis NL, zeer goed gesproken en geschreven kennis ENG, elke andere taal is een plus
  • Je bent stipt, proactief en werkt accuraat
  • Je bent zeer klantgericht ingesteld
  • Je bent een echte people-people en draagt actief bij aan de leuke werksfeer
