Je zult zowel in het ontbijt, achter de bar als in de bediening ingezet worden. Je helpt mee met het verder uitbreiden van het huidige F&B concept en vind het leuk om zowel gastencontact te hebben als om kleine gerechten zelfstandig voor te bereiden.Je taken en verantwoordelijkheden bestaan onder andere uit:· Het verlenen van uitstekende service aan onze gasten;· Voorbereiden en serveren van eenvoudige a la carte gerechten;· Klaarzetten van mise en place voor het ontbijt of diner;· Zelf klaarmaken van eenvoudige bestellingen (inschenken van dranken, klaarmaken van kleine gerechten/snacks e.d.);· Klaarzetten en bijhouden van het ontbijtbuffet;· Suggesties en uitleg geven over eten en drinken;· Dranken bereiden en bestellingen opnemen achter de bar;· Schoonmaakwerkzaamheden;· Afruimen van tafels, stewarding, schoonmaak restaurant;· Voorbereidingen voor de volgende dag;· Voorraadbeheer.
