Please note: Proficiency in the Dutch language is required In deze veelzijdige facilitaire functie beheer je het wagenpark, gereedschap, kleding en gebouwen voor 30 bussen, 40 monteurs, 6 loodsen en het hoofdkantoor. Je deelt je eigen week in en werkt nauw samen met de office manager en regioleiders. Je houdt de operatie draaiende en draagt zo direct bij aan plan Zero. De functie is voor 32-40 uur per week, met een salaris van €2.700 - €3.500 bruto per maand. Jouw impact bij Zonneplan- Jij houdt het wagenpark op de weg. Je plant onderhoud en APK's vooruit, stemt vervangend vervoer af en handelt schade en pech af. Maandelijks rapporteer je over kosten, schades en openstaande acties. - Jij beheert het gereedschap van aanvraag tot keuring. Je runt het hoofdmagazijn, bewaakt voorraden en zorgt dat al het gereedschap op tijd wordt gekeurd. - Jij zorgt dat loodsen, kleding en klussen op orde zijn. Je richt loodsen in, zorgt dat nieuwe collega's passende kleding hebben en pakt klein onderhoud op. - Jij stelt kaders en houdt ze vast. Je maakt afspraken over aanvragen, meldingen en retourzendingen en spreekt mensen aan op afwijkingen.

Dit neem jij mee- Werkervaring in een vergelijkbaar domein, zoals technische dienstverlening, wagenparkbeheer, logistiek of gebouwonderhoud. - Je bent technisch en praktisch handig en voert kleine reparaties zelfstandig uit. - Je stelt zelfstandig prioriteiten en richt je eigen week in. - Je durft kaders te stellen en afspraken te handhaven. - Je hebt rijbewijs B en bent bereid vanuit Zwolle door het land te reizen.

Dit krijg je van ons- Salaris tussen €2.700 en €3.500 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van je ervaring. - 32-40 uur per week. - 25 vakantiedagen, met de mogelijkheid om extra dagen bij te kopen. - Een eigen werkbus. - Een persoonlijk keuzebudget voor sport, boodschappen of iets anders dat bij je past. - De Zonneplan Academie, goede tools en ruimte om te blijven leren. - Je NEN 3140-certificaat behaal je in het eerste jaar op kost
